Hello, my name is Yoshiko and I am the owner of y*c atelier.

We design and create handmade items with either NewZealand based textile designer fabric, or handpicked, sustainable fabric such as linen and cotton.

We make unique items that bring fun to your everyday life.

I have always liked fabric, sewing and creating something new. I took a fashion design course and have a diploma of fashion design and I have worked at a dressmaker in Auckland and gained a lot of experience from this. During my childhood, my grandparents owned a clothing factory as a family business and I think it's one of the reasons I am inspired me to start my handmade online store.
